Kate and Anthony...wedding...

I had a great time at Kate and Anthony's wedding. Kate and Anthony are both very easy going and had a super fun wedding party! I have been hesitating about doing weddings, trying to decide if it something I want to do or not. After shooting the last few weddings with my friend Rhonda as my second shooter, I have decided that I will start doing them more! We really work great together. I will still be limiting my weddings to between 4-6 a year at most. This will give me time to work with the brides and grooms and get pictures finished in a reasonable amount of time. Kate and Anthony had a beautiful day for a wedding! We snuck out of reception to get some amazing shots on the golf course! I hope you loved them as much as I do!! Katie...Dewitt High School 2012 Senior...[Grand Haven, Beach shoot]

Katie choose to do a beach and urban session in Grand Haven back in August. I love these shoots because they give you a little bit of everything and I get to make a quick trip to the beach!! While we were shooting, a woman approached us telling us that the house/giftshop we were shooting in front of was haunted, and that there was a "group" in there earlier in the day. By "group" I believe she meant a "group of ghosts". She then told us we should come back when they were open so we could go inside. Yeah, I think I will pass! lol I checked the pictures that night and no one else in the pictures. That was a relief. We had a beautiful evening to shoot, the weather was perfect! We got some great shots. Thanks Katie and Deb for asking me to shoot your senior pictures!!

These pictures were taken at Ted and Carrie's pond back in August. They have put so much work into the landscaping, it was beautiful!

Andrea.... Senior session Lansing

This is one of my many nieces Andrea. Andrea is my sister Sue and brother-in-law Julius's daughter. It is so hard to believe how old all my nieces and nephews have gotten!!! Andrea is thinking of going to California to college. I think I will be packing my bags and visiting her! I could use a few days hanging out on the beach. Thanks for asking me to take your senior pictures Andrea, have a great senior year!!!

What a great family! Emily and Bill have a beautiful family. Sweet, polite kids! Just by the way they look at each other and smile you could tell how much they love one another. It was an honor taking your family pictures!!

Bella... Children's session, St. Johns

Here is another session that I am finally blogging. :) This little one is Bella and she is simply adorable. Such a personality for her age! She was giving me all kinds of poses. The only problem she had was when we tried to get serious. She just couldn't do it. It was so funny, she would end up laughing like crazy every time we tried. Too cute!!! Ashley and Dave.... engagement session

I am soooo behind in my blogging. These pictures were done back in August. Ashley and Dave wanted me to come down to Detroit for their engagement session. We had a great time! I know this is going to make me sound really old, but I can't believe Ashley is old enough to get married. It seems like just yesterday she was riding in a car seat. And now she is all grown up and getting married! Ok, yes, that did make me sound old. lol Thanks for asking me to take your engagement pictures. Love you guys!!!
