Oklahoma!

Sunday night I took pictures of the cast of Oklahoma! Pewamo-Westphalia Theater Department will be putting the show on Thurday, Friday and Saturday. You can get tickets at the high school.

Baby it's cold outside!

I was having serious camera withdrawals so the kids and I jumped in the car and went for a ride. We jumped out for a few minutes to get these shots, when in about 10 seconds, we realized it wasn't just cold...it was freezing!!! So after about 3 minutes we jumped back in the warm car and drove to the Chocolate Moose for an ice cream cone! Makes perfect sense, I know. ;) I can't wait for spring.

I am Looking for 2010 Seniors!!!!

Are you a 2010 Senior? Do you know one? Send them my way! I am looking for 2010 seniors for my new senior rep program. What I need is someone who is an upcoming senior, is outgoing, lives in the area (Pewamo, Westphalia, Fowler, Portland, Dewitt, Grand Ledge) and wants to earn some great stuff. We met Kate from Jon and Kate plus 8!!!!

Yesterday I went with 4 of the kids and stood in line in the freezing cold for 2 hours to meet Kate Gosslin! Well, not really meet her, but we got her autograph and she talked to Quincey! She told Quincey "you belong in my family" and Quincey walked away with the biggest smile! Now Quincey wants Kate to be her mommy. lol You can see by the look on her face as she walked away, she was very excited! MacKenzee told her we think she looks alot like Maddie. Good thing she didn't tell her we call her Maddie when she is "very" naughty. I am not in the pictures because I was being gently moved to the "photography area" because I was trying to take pictures of the kids getting their books signed.

FAC Christmas party...

Saturday we battled the rotten weather to go to the FAC Christmas party. FAC is the agency we used to adopt Quincey. It was worth it to see Dan and Joe. They are the men that went to Korea and escorted Quincey home almost 5 years ago. It was extra special because we haven't seen them in about 3 or 4 years. This is the first time that Quincey really understood who they were. Joe told Quincey about how she sat between them on the airplane and sang to herself. :) Here are a few pictures. Dan is the one with Jack, Kennedy and Quincey. Joe is the one with just Q. I also included a picture of us and one of the Droste family. Megan was also adopted from FAC too!
