Tori and Mark.... Engagement Photos

This is my niece Tori and her fiance Mark. Mark is in the Army and stationed in Texas. He just got back from Iraq. I was so excited to photograph their engagement pictures! Mostly because I knew they would do whatever I asked them to! And they did :) Tori wanted to squeeze a session in while she and Mark were in Michigan. It was cold out, but I was excited to do the photos with snow on the ground, for a little different look. I think we got some beautiful photographs, of some beautiful people. Love you guys!

Kendalyn....Modeling Portfolio....

This is my niece Kendalyn. Ok, technically she is my great-niece but that makes me sound old. So let's not refer to her as that. lol Kristin is Kendalyn's mom. Kristin IS my niece. Kendalyn is a model and she models for boutiques, so these pictures of some beautiful things she has been asked to model. Kendalyn has recently been contacted by some top modeling agencies in Chicago and New York! She will be modeling for BMG soon, and also Ford when she gets a tiny bit taller! It has been so exciting following Kristin and Kendalyn on this exciting journey. Kendalyn has come out of her shell so much! She is just the sweetest thing, I can't get enough of her. Although I adore her sweet little curls, my absolute favorite session we did was the one where she was rocking a great afro! Just adorable!! Love you both Kendalyn and Kristin!!!

Nicole's 1st Communion....

Nicole's mom won a gift certificate to Julie Martin Photography at Pewamo's dinner raffle. So Erikka decided to do a 1st communion session for Nicole. She will be using one of the photos for invites for Nicole's party. And she inspired me to do the same for Quincey, so stay turned for Quincey's 1st communion photo session. I hope you love your pictures Nicole. You are a sweet, beautiful little girl!!

Julia....

Meet Julia! Isn't she just the sweetest?! She didn't want to sleep at first but with a little hard work her mommy put her to sleep. I read books to the boys and Stacy did her mommy magic and she finally fell asleep,
just when we were about to give up. So a little piece of advice...don't EVER give up!!

Alexa.... Maternity session

A few weeks ago I photographed Alexa's maternity session. I have been in business almost 4 years and this is the first maternity session I have done. I wish more people would do them, I think it is such a great way to remember being pregnant! And you can show your little ones, when they get older. Alexa is such a beautiful mommy to be! AND...I get to photograph Hudson (love that name!) when he is born. I can't wait!!!

Alton....

Alton wasn't feeling like have a photo session when we took these, but after a bit he warmed up and we got some adorable shots! I am now looking forward to photographing him new little sister, next week!!

Bella....

Bella was such a joy to photograph! And I got to use my new nest prop, isn't it cool!?! I usually tell parents to plan on several hours for a newborn session. I like to have babies sound asleep and that can take a while. ;) Well, not for Bella! She was sound asleep right from the start. The session went so smooth, if only every newborn session was like that! But they are all so sweet...30 minutes...3 hours...it is all worth it!!

Tyler and Casey....

A brother, sister session...how cool! They didn't even fight ;) I worked out great, when one was changing, I photographed the other one. Thanks Tyler and Casey!!!
